Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of naulon, the citation-toll service that lets AI agents pay to read your site. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
#naulon gates your content behind a per-read toll. When an AI agent cites or reads a tolled page it pays in USDC; humans always read free. You set your prices and what to toll; we operate the gate and the settlement rails.
We never hold your money
#Settlement is custody-free. A buyer pays your wallet directly at the moment of a read, and the operator fee is a separate buyer-to-operator payment. naulon never pools, holds, or takes custody of funds, and there is no balance to withdraw from us.
Your account
#You are responsible for the wallet address and settings on your account and for the content you toll. Don't toll content you don't have the right to, and don't use the service to break the law.
Warranty and liability
#The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, naulon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.
Changes
#We may update these terms. Material changes are surfaced in the product; continued use after a change means you accept it.
