QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT IN A SPORTS ORGANIZATION

The article defines the foundations and products of theorization of quality management of professional development of a personality in a sports organization. The features of the professional development of the personality of a trainer, an instructor-methodologist, an athlete in a sports organization are revealed. The concepts of «quality management of a person's professional development», «quality management of a person'sprofessional development in a sports organization)} are highlighted and refined. The use of adaptive-productive and creative-productive approaches in work with athletes and employees of a sports organization has been substantiated. Models of quality management of professional formation of a personality in a similar organization have been determined The functions of quality management of the professional formation of a personality are highlighted. The principles of the quality management of professional development of a personality in a sports organization are theorized. The pedagogical conditions for ensuring the effectiveness of the process of the quality management of the professional formation of a personality are systematically generalized.
