Abstract
The article presents the conceptual approaches to the development of energysector in the region in the context of limited resources and the intensity of theiruse. Focuses on the dynamics of powerand financial resources to ensure the strategic development of energy sectorin the region. It is proposed to introducea system most intensively smart metering(Smart Metering). We consider the effect of the projected transformation of energyin the framework of the proposed system.
