The article is devoted to the choice of the method of assessing the quality of voice telephony networks with spruce minimize the cost of re-evaluation by changing the factors of influence.To solve this problem we conducted the selection parameters affecting the quality of speech from subscriber to subscriber, depending on the choice and determination of the optimal algorithm for assessing the quality of the voice of the estimated parameters.Measure the results obtained: The choice of method of assessment of quality; compiled comparative characteristics of the methods considered; comparison of assessment methods in order to find the optimal method takes into account the main quality parameters, including the parameters of the network and the terminal; analyzed parameters that are measured by each of the methods.Practical value of work consists in the possibility of applying the method of assessing the quality of communication that allows to take into account the delays that made the terminal and the network.
