Abstract

SUMMARY: To be brain paralytic or mongol or worse-equiped for the life is not the same as to be silly, this constitutes a historical offence suffered by a lot of humans with any singularity or weakness. The critical analysis of this offence necesarily takes the form of a report. It. changes from retrospective to prospective: by showing the conditions that made it possible, the conditions that will make it possible to finish that situation will be evident. This, far from being utopie will only come as an awakening from a long historic nightmare out of an age in which the reason produced monsters.
