Abstract
AN EVALUATION OF THE URBAN PUBLIC POLICY CONCERNING THE SOCIAL EXCLUSION, WITH EXAMPLES FROM THE CITIES OF RIO DE JANEIRO AND SÃO PAULO The aim of this article is to analyze and evaluate the urban policies concerning the social exclusion. Analyzed polices have been introduced in the two biggest cities in Brazil: Sao Paulo, the most populated city in South America and Rio de Janeiro, the iconic city of this country.
