Abstract
We reviewed the most important diagnostic procedures implemented by means of flexible bronchoscopy, including bronchoalveolar lavage, bronchial brushing and biopsy, transbronchial lung biopsy and transbronchial needle aspiration.We reviewed the tools, techniques and potential complications of this examination. Resumo: Foram revistos os mais importantes procedimentos diagnósticos aplicados através de broncoscopia flexível, nomeadamente o lavado broncoalveolar, a biopsia e o escovado brônquico, a biopsia pulmonar transbrônquica e a punção aspirativa transbrônquica.Foram revistos os instrumentos necessários, as técnicas e as possíveis complicações deste exame.
